Manage the construction of MEPFP scope for a tel/data center through all phases of construction from pre-construction through final close-out.
Manage and direct the MEPFP project team and trade contractors to ensure project completion within budget, schedule and in conformance with specifications.
Review purchase orders, change orders, sub-contracts.
Develop design and procurement schedules for approval.
Resolves MEPFP field initiated questions.
Supervise and coordinates activities among multiple disciplines.
Manage risk, mitigate discrepancies and cost overruns, and manage scope for MEPFP
BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience in MEPFP phases of the project
Relevant project experienceOther Information:
