AECOM is seeking a Digital Solutions Training Lead for a full time position within our Enterprise Capabilities team. This will be a remote/virtual position that can be based from a variety of US locations near an AECOM office.
Enterprise Capabilities (EC) organization is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare, operating across geographic boundaries and timezones.
EC Digital Delivery looks to position AECOM as an industry leader in the adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies by streamlining access to our Cornerstone tools, providing expert training and support, and demonstrating to internal stakeholders their value in up-levelling client engagements and enhancing project outcomes.
Designs and develops training materials and documentation for our Cornerstone tools; supports Digital Solutions for internal productivity improvements or external client requirements
Identifies opportunities to uplevel and update existing documentation and training programs, in order to keep resources current and relevant
Drives digital adoption by leading training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring standardization of usage and outputs
Supports tool and project roll-out by establishing benchmarks and collaborating with fellow Training & Enablement stakeholders to deliver targeted training campaigns
Comfortable with a wide array of media and communication formats to effectively target audience groups; leverages a number of "off the shelf" products (platforms and applications)
- BA/BS degree (Master’s preferred) plus at least 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Familiarity with Sharepoint and knowledge of A/E/C tools from such vendors as Autodesk, Bentley, and Esri preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
