Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Level Visual Information Specialist for immediate employment in the Arlington, VA office. Plays a key role in developing solutions to policy and physical planning problems for transportation projects and programs. Possesses technical excellence in area of specialty that is critical to the firm’s success.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Creates and produces creative and quality multi-media design artwork

  • Assists in the selection of techniques best suited to produce desired effects in conformance with specified quality standards

  • Prepares budget and production cost estimates

  • Under general supervision, performs work that is varied and requires the application of sound professional judgment, using independent analysis on details of work with some evaluation, originality and ingenuity

  • Assists in the training and development of lower level employees.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, communications, graphic design or animation

  • Seven (7) years of related experience in developing visual information and graphic art products for various print, exhibit, web-page design, digital audio/video, and on-line media in lieu of Bachelors Degree

  • Expert in designing and developing visual information and graphic art products with demonstrated knowledge and capable of running graphic production equipment.

  • Expert in the following software applications: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and After Effects.

  • Previous or Active Security Clearance Required
