Job Description
AECOM seeks a Technically Oriented, Client Facing, Cleared A/E Design, Senior Project Manager to manage our design and construction administration projects for our vertical practice. This role will focus on projects with our Federal Civilian clients. This is a hybrid work situation wherein the selected candidate has the option to work from home 2 days a week with an in office requirement on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage client relationship, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Primary liaison between AECOM and client interface
Manage multi-discipline design teams for a variety of moderately complex projects for clients with a regional geographic footprint
Manage all phases of projects from initiation to close out, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project
Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation
Identifies and mitigates project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary
Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepares reports for stakeholders and upper management
Enforce company and project policies
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Architecture or BS in Engineeringing plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
5 years of Project Management experience in the Federal arena
Registered Architect or Professional Engineer is required
Because of the nature of this work, US Citizenship is required
This position requires a current TS Clearance or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment with AECOM
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience supporting federal clients in the AEC environment
Proven organizational and prioritization skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $125,000.00 - $180,000.00.
