AECOM Project Manager - Transmission & Distribution in Atlanta, Georgia

AECOM has a position available in our Energy group for a Transmission & Distribution Project Manager This role may be located anywhere in the United States and will require occasional travel to various AECOM offices and Client project sites.
The responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Manage portfolio of clients and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Manages complex clients and projects
Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business executed flawlessly
Consistently delivers planned profit margins
Develop, maintain and consistently complete projects within financial budgets.
Create and manage schedule pace and quality, in order to meet project commitments and client's expectations
Has decision-making authority and advises stakeholders and directs other team members in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate
Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status, costs, schedule, and risk items for internal and external clients.
Participate in Business Development activities and support the preparation of proposals for the company

BA/BS degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Experience must include previous management of transmission and distribution (T&D) engineering projects including high voltage substations and transmission lines
Pre-employment verification of motor vehicle driving record will be conducted
BA/BS degree preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience managing renewable facility transmission level grid interconnects and battery energy storage projects
Medium Voltage / High Voltage power engineering and/or construction related experience
