Job Summary

AECOM has a position available for an MIS Senior Implementation Specialist. For this opportunity, AECOM offers the freedom and flexibility to work remotely and/or be located at a variety of offices located in multiple locations across the United States.

The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following,

  • Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations.

  • Proficient with complex configuration across multiple modules of one solution and/or multiple vendor product suites.

  • Able to identify innovation solutions for client requirements.

  • Routinely engage with clients to identify risks and provide status updates.

  • Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests

  • May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel.

  • Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows.

  • Works under minimal direction

  • Relies on advanced knowledge, within the scope of the position and often handles complex tasks.

  • May review work of other employees and resolve any identified issues unilaterally or with the assistance of a Manager.

  • Advises and participates in the planning, development of strategy and policy related to discipline.

  • Works under general or limited supervision.

  • May carry out and provide reporting for special projects with limited supervision.

Minimum Requirements

.

  • BA/BS degree and 6+ years of MIS/EHS relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency or experience and/or education

  • Experience must include configuring and implementing MIS/EHS software applications such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, ETQ Reliance, etc.

  • Ability to travel to client meetings (up to 10%) within the United States, sometimes up to a week at a time

  • Valid US Driver's License required

  • Pre-employment motor vehicle driving record verification will be conducted

  • Due to the nature, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM degrees or a related field is desired

  • Business Analysis Experience and/or Certification

  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Visio

  • Knowledge/experience in conducting client training

  • Knowledge/experience with SQL Scripting

  • Knowledge/experience with MS VBA coding
