Job Summary

As an Enterprise Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Senior Developer this individual will report to the IS4 SVP Business Development and will support contract Task Order artifact and proposal development activities, including the RS3, DTIC, and General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS Multiple Agency Contracts, IT 70 and Professional Services Schedules. Our IDIQ/MAC Senior Developer will have daily responsibility for the task order artifact development, task order proposal management, strategy, analysis, and research of sources sought, RFIs, RFQs, draft RFPs, final RFPs and solicitation modifications associated with these multi-billion dollar IDIQ programs.

Daily responsibility for tracking and distributing opportunities using our customer relationship management tool,

The individual will perform analysis, provide guidance and advice to IS4 Sectors on using IDIQ contracts, provide support to capture and lead IS4 IDIQ proposal teams in Austin, TX facility, assist in standardizing and implementing performance metrics, and manage changes to internal and external websites.


Minimum Requirements

Previous knowledge and demonstrated experience using customer relationship management tools.

Must know how to perform analysis, understand IDIQ contracts, provide support to capture and lead proposal teams.

Will require standardizing and implementing performance metrics, and manage changes to internal and external websites.

BA Degree Plus 8 Years of experience.

Requires 16 Years of experience in lieu of degree .

Preferred Qualifications

Federal/Government experience preferred.
