Job Description
AECOM se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Líder de Disciplina Eléctrica en Bogotá, Colombia.
Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:
Competencia técnica para abordar los desafíos específicos asociados con proyectos de gran envergadura.
Experiencia exitosa en la gestión integral de proyectos, desde la concepción hasta la entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos.
Habilidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo de diseñadores eléctricos, fomentando la colaboración y la excelencia en la ejecución de proyectos.
Orientación proactiva hacia la consecución de objetivos y resultados, demostrando un historial de logros tangibles en proyectos similares.
Capacidad para identificar y resolver eficazmente problemas, adaptándose a los cambios en entornos dinámicos.
Habilidades de liderazgo para inspirar y guiar a un equipo multidisciplinario hacia el éxito.
Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con partes interesadas internas y externas.
Qualifications
Requisitos Mínimos:
Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica con más de 8 años de experiencia específica en proyectos de infraestructura de transporte, energía, data centers u otros proyectos de ingeniería de gran envergadura, o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación, con sólidos conocimientos en diseño eléctrico, con énfasis en proyectos de infraestructura de transporte, energía y/o data centers.
Contar con habilidades técnicas sólidas y experiencia comprobada en la gestión de proyectos, trabajo en equipo, gestión del personal y en el desempeño orientado a resultados.
Experiencia comprobada en la implementación de soluciones innovadoras y eficientes en el ámbito eléctrico.
Requisitos deseables:
Poseer mas de 12+ años de experiencia general
Manejo intermedio del idioma Inglés
