Descripción del empleo

AECOM se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Director de PMO para sus oficinas en Bogotá/ Colombia.

Responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

• Gestionar proyectos complejos que tienden a ser de mayor alcance y valor monetario, lo que aumenta el potencial de órdenes de cambio más grandes y las consecuencias de errores.

• Actuar de manera independiente como el representante de IE con firmas de consultoría y asegurar que el producto final refleje los requisitos originales de alcance y presupuesto.

• Responsabilidad creciente en el liderazgo de subordinados directos.

Requisitos

Requisitos Mínimos:

• BA/BS + 10 años de experiencia o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación., Incluidos 2 años de liderazgo.

• Idioma Ingés / Español avanzado

Información adicional

Preferencias:

• Profesional en Ingenierías o Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, con estudios de posgrado en Gerencia de Proyectos / PMP-PMI -PRINCE2.

• 23 años de experiencia general.

• Experiencia en dirección de proyectos de construcción o gerencia de infraestructura de transporte y experiencia puntual en contratos relacionados con sistemas ferroviarios para proyectos tipo metro, valorable haber dirigido la PMO de contratos de construcción de proyectos tipo metro con línea subterránea.

• Disponibilidad de trabajo en Latinoamerica
