AECOM Environmental Inspector in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking an Environmental Inspector to work on an extensive railroad rehabilitation project, in Bridgewater, MA.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Experience with Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Geology or similar or Environmental Engineering

  • Working in the field monitoring Inspections of active construction sites

  • Creating daily and weekly reports

  • Working within the guidelines of the Mass Wetlands Protection Act, MEPA regulations and knowledge of OSHA 40 guidelines

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience is preferred

  • Ability to work long hours and flexible schedule desirable

  • Prior experience with the Mass Wetlands Protection Act, MEPA Regulations and the MCP highly desirable.

  • OSHA 40 Certification preferred.
