Job Summary

  • Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.

Minimum Requirements

BS Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical degree.

  • 5 years of progressive vertical construction project management experience.

  • Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved including current knowledge of new methods of design and construction.

  • Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to the particular discipline.

  • Skill in oral and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in airport or transportation systems.
