Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly talented Project Controls Specialist to join our New England Team for our South Coast Rail Project based in Bridgewater, MA. **Ability to work remotely if the candidate is well versed with the following: AECOM'S internal process, Oracle, APIC, and MBTA invoicing.
Qualified applicants will have experience in MBTA, project systems, invoicing, scheduling, contract task order preparation and set up, and budget tracking. Knowledge of eBuilder software a plus. AECOM is the prime with various subs. Tracking the subs progress, contracts and invoicing will be key as well. This position requires a strong knowledge of MBTA contract and invoicing systems, departments, and personnel. This position is located in Bridgewater, MA. At the Project Office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assists Project Manager in set-up, tracking and managing project contractual paperwork, schedules, financials and reporting.
Tracks tasks for budget status and schedule adherence, drafts Task Order amendments and prepares invoices
Interface with project management, subs, landlord, and on occasion client representatives.
Maintain the day to day functions of the project office, utilities, vendors, purchasing, etc
Prepare complex reports and project metrics based on Project Manager needs
Review and evaluate contractor, consultant and force account invoices and prepare cost projections
Prepare progress reports
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS or AA/AS plus 2 years of relevant experience or HS/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience
Must have experience with invoicing, scheduling, contract task order preparation and set up, and budget tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS or AA/AS plus 2 years of relevant experience or HS/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with large construction project and Oracle
