Job Description

AECOM has a need for a FUSRAP Program Manager to based anywhere in the United States.

You will work with a team of technical experts to deliver remediation services to our clients in the Federal market. The Program Manager will focus on the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP)

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:

  • Manage/perform FUSRAP programs under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE

  • Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for FUSRAP -programs

  • Build and manage AECOM's FUSRAP program.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  • BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field

  • 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager of federal projects and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and /or education, including 2 years of leadership.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required

PREFERRED REQUIREMENT

  • 5+ years’ experience managing FUSRAP task order work for USACE strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget

  • Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both oral and written

  • Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work

  • Experienced on FUSRAP programs

  • Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals

  • Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively

  • Excellent and relevant references

  • Position may require travel

Additional Information

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00.
