Job Summary

  • Works under minimal supervision.

  • Has system-wide responsibility on complex projects and components.

  • Provides direction for projects.

  • Solves medium to highly technical, complex problems on multiple projects, and provides consultative support to internal staff.

  • Assists with the transfer of knowledge of technical skills.

  • Project size could range from medium to high complexity Viewed as a subject matter expert within the organization.

  • Acts as a mentor to less senior IT staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Experience with EMIS/EHS MIS software applications such as Enablon, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, etc

  • EMIS/EHS MIS Project Management experience

  • Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel in the context of data analyst and preparation.

  • Strong technical writing skills

  • Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field

  • Project Manager Certification such as PMP or equal

  • Business Analyst Experience and/or Certification

  • Business Development/Client care experience

  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience with MS SharePoint

  • Knowledge of environmental regulatory programs directly related to at least one client engagement

  • Additional Information:

  • This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.

  • Ability to travel to project sites up to 20%

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
