The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Conduct Client facing meetings
Writing Phase I ESA, Phase II ESA and compliance-related reports
Proposal writing and project budgeting
Conduct analysis and investigation work obtained from a variety of sources.
Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance.
Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
Works with minimal direction and independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
Solves problems by use of combinations of standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
Participates in planning required to achieve prescribed objectives.
Participates in developing corrective measures and procedures.
Formulates hypothesis, performs research, and makes recommendations.
BA/BS degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Relevant experience should include one or more of the following:
Writing Phase I ESA reports,
Compliance, including SPCC, Tier II, TRI, SWPPP, etc.
Proposal writing and budgeting
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for short-term visits
Must possess a valid driver's license
Sponsorship is not available for this position
Task management experience preferred, with willingness to become a project manager
Ability to direct a project from start to finish and direct other team members appropriately
40-hour HAZWOPER preferred, but not necessary
This is an office/field position (80% / 20%). In office attendance is required when not in the field.
Field work likely will require working outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather, walking long distances on uneven terrain and/or lifting/carrying equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
A pre-employment motor vehicle driving record verification will be conducted
A writing sample, relevant to due diligence/compliance may be requested
