AECOM is seeking a well motivated and task oriented Project Manager to drive projects from inception to completion for work in the aviation industry. This position will be supporting projects in the Cincinnati and Dayton, OH regions.
The job responsibilities of the position include:
Serving as an owner representative to provide end-to-end management of individual project with varying complexity and needs concurrently. The project manager will be the client's focal on all project related tasks. The project manager will become an integral part of the client's team with much trust being given.
Managing activities during project definition, design, procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout phases of the project. The project manager will need understanding of all aspects of a project and will accept assistance as needed.
Acting on the client's behalf, provide guidance and advice to the client, and manage day-to-day project tasks on the client's behalf.
Working independently and may receive basic instructions on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage client teams, coordinate external and internal stakeholders, manage various types of vendors including contractors, and be able to work with the client's multiple subject matter experts.
Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Able to pass client background checks to include drug screening.
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
5-10 years of experience as a project manager
CCM or PMP preferred
