Job Summary
AECOM has an immediate need for a Project Manager with engineering experience in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania to help expand our dams practice in the northeastern region of the United Sates.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Design for dam and other water resource related projects
Performing calculations, modeling and analysis for dams and spillways
Supporting Risk Assessments and Potential Failure Mode Assessments (PFMAs)related to dam design, construction and operation
Working closely with other engineers, architects, planners and construction manager teams as well as independent work on creative projects
Plan, direct, and supervise small to moderately sized projects
May be responsible for Project teams that include 5 or more members often representing multiple business lines, working in remote locations and including a subcontractor(s)
Proposal writing and production of construction documents and specifications working directly with clients and building trusted relationships
Helping to grow AECOM by identifying and developing work opportunities
Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
Manages more complex clients and projects.
Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in Civil Engineering
12+ years of experience to include dams engineering, technical expertise in hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), embankment dam design, and/or hydraulic structures design
Some travel maybe required in the northeast region of the United States
