AECOM Technical Services, Inc., is seeking a Project Control Manager in Dallas, TX (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US) to provide objective analysis and sound judgement with application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction and startup including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost.
Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.
Manage, control, forecast and report cost and schedule performance data for projects throughout a client's portfolio of projects.
Review of baseline and progress schedules, time impact analysis, recommend negotiation strategies, identify opportunities for improving performance, analyze EVM data, and support any other needs as may be identified by our client(s).
Review design and construction schedule for railroad bridge and utilities.
Analyze project schedule delays and other issues related to design and construction on government buildings.
Analyze project cost records, document review, and development of computer models of project schedules to quantify compensable time and cost.
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in reviewing design and construction schedule for railroad bridge and utilities.; analyzing project schedule delays and other issues related to design and construction on government buildings; and analyzing project cost records, document review, and development of computer models of project schedules to quantify compensable time and cost.
