AECOM EHS/MIS Digital Services Program Lead in Fort Lauderdale FL, United States
AECOM is seeking a Digital Services Program Lead for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management Information Systems (MIS) practice. The position has oversight and general responsibility to drive growth of Quality and Sustainability (QS) digital services delivery, management of strategic EMIS software vendor partnerships, and advancement of MIS services delivery for Environmental Social Governance (ESG). As a Digital Services Program Lead you will:
Develop and implement EHS-QS digital business strategies that innovate and drive sales growth initiatives.
Provide senior technical guidance and thought leadership to the digital consulting practice for sustainability and quality programs.
Work with clients, market sector leads, national and global account managers, project managers, and diverse technical teams to deliver MIS digital consulting services.
Provide guidance and oversight leadership on both small and complex (multi-phase, multi-module) EMIS implementations.
Serve as client facing subject matter expert and lead business analyst in support of projects requiring advanced configuration in one or more industry standard platforms (Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ, etc.)
Leverage AECOM investments and strategic vendor partnerships to expand MIS oriented ESG services across market sectors supported by AECOM.
Mentor and manage digital delivery staff and project managers.
Support EHS-QS digital services marketing efforts to strengthen AECOM brand awareness.
Plan and execute digital service delivery while effectively managing key performance metrics for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
Lead client driven requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops, baseline and life cycle assessments, stakeholder risks analyses, planning, UAT and training.
Coordinate delivery excellence working with key platform providers.
Identify innovative solutions fit for client requirements.
Work with clients on a broad range of EHS-QS and ESG topics to drive client account growth.

10+ years of MIS/EHS related experience.
EHS MIS implementation and client management experience.
Familiarity with one or more partner vendor product suites (Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ, Benchmark ESG, etc.)
Demonstrate progressive career experience and growth in EHS Quality, Sustainability and MIS digital delivery.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully delegate and manage tasks.
Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.
Business analysis experience and/or certification.
EHS or IT project management experience.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory benchmarking, key performance indicator assessments, and audit efficiency enhancements.
Knowledge/experience in developing and conducting client training programs.
Highly developed attention detail.
US Citizen and have a valid US Driver’s license.
Relocation support is not available for this position.
US Citizenship is Required for this position.
Position should indicate flexibility with Telecommute or geography.
Ability to travel to client meetings up to 30% of the time.
