AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineering Intern for employment in the Honolulu, HI office.
This position is expected to begin in May 2021.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Interns will be assigned challenging projects and tasks under the supervision of project managers or senior engineering managers.
Project areas include rockfall mitigation, water, wastewater, infrastructure rehabilitation and reconstruction, storm water program planning, and construction management.
Interns will be assigned design work using AutoCAD, as well as technical assessments, analyses, and report writing.
Job locations may include AECOM project offices at external construction sites as well as project sites to participate in data collection and field assessments.
Learning objectives will be established at the start of the internship with his/her supervisor to provide clear direction and targeted goals.
Currently in pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or other related field required
Must have completed one year of study in applicable program
Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
Valid Driver's license required
Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
Basic knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as CADD, HCS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, Hydrologic/Hydraulic models)
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) preferred
