AECOM is seeking a highly talented Endpoint Technology Specialist in Houston, TX.
Endpoint technology specialist role will report to the Sr Director, Global IT Infrastructure who is a global CIO direct report. This position is largely focused on ensuring the overall health of AECOM’s endpoint images and packaged applications for the global businesses. This person will oversee operational performance of our managed service providers and work with them to ensure continual improvements in operations and processes are achieved. S/he will be responsible for managing expectations for the delivery and demand of IT services to IT leadership (Sr. Director and internal customers). This person will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and implementations of technology and the smooth transition into operational steady state.
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
Ensure endpoint images are continuously updated with the latest security patches and drivers.
Lead the design for SCCM and SCCM features, such as Cloud management gateway, distribution points, and patch management.
Support SCCM integration with Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Implement device management using Intune to deploy application, policies, and configurations
Establish standards for packaging applications for distribution
Review and test packaged applications prior to publishing in software center or the app store
Drive process and service improvement initiatives.
Ensure high degrees of service delivery from our managed service providers.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Qualified applicants must possess a BA/BS and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
MS Cloud preferred or any cloud certificates
Prior experience with a global organization
