AECOM is seeking to hire a Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to support our exciting project in Houston, TX.
Manages one or more Water/Wastewater treatment plant, pump station and conveyance project(s).
Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions.
Manages all aspects of projects from start to close out including development of scope, schedule, budget and proposals, deliverables and quality adherence.
Oversees and coordinates activities of multi-disciplinary project teams and sub-consultants.
Mentor junior staff members to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development.
Assists with project pursuits and in preparation of qualification documents.
- BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
5+ years of experience in design of water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure.
Professional Engineer License in Texas.
Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
Flexible – can adapt to shifting priorities/work schedules.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
