Join AECOM as a Senior Lead Transportation Planner/Engineer in Jacksonville, FL
AECOM is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Lead Transportation Planner/Engineer in Jacksonville, FL. This pivotal role will spearhead transportation planning initiatives across North Florida, contributing to AECOM's excellence in infrastructure planning and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Transportation Planning : Oversee transportation planning, conceptual engineering, and traffic engineering practices in North Florida.
Project Management : Manage various surface transportation project developments, including planning, feasibility, and corridor studies.
Client Relationship Development : Cultivate and maintain client relationships, driving project pursuits and execution.
Staff Development : Foster the growth of staff resources in Jacksonville and collaborate with other offices throughout Florida.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, or a related field.
10 years of experience in transportation and traffic planning, including 2 years in project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred:
Knowledge of transportation project development, planning, NEPA, conceptual engineering, and public involvement/outreach techniques.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Public presentation experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $110,000.00 - $185,000.00.
