AECOM Supply Systems Analyst w/Secret Clearance in Jacksonville, Florida

Position is contingent upon awarding of the contract.
Purpose and Scope:
Analyze transactions/data to determine problem areas; determine the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions; provides the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations; coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems; and researches functional problem area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehousing & Distribution Support: Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
Apply supply management principles, practices and knowledge of regulatory requirements to requisition, receive, storage, accountability, issue, distribute, packing and shipping functions relative to support services performed in support of DoD Wholesale Warehouse and Distribution Support Services.
Performs as the DSS POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communication and responding to information pertaining to DSS; performs DSS-MIS functions IAW C-188.8.131.52 DSS-MIS; and serves as the QMF query writer to write new queries as required. Uses DSS and other Government Data Systems.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Must have a Secret clearance
High School Diploma required. Associate Degree or higher preferred
Must have a minimum of (3) years of experience using Distribution Support System or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years
Must have a minimum of (4) years working as a warehouse/supply technician
Must be knowledgeable of DoD/DLA supply management principles and regulatory requirements.
Licensed to drive/operate Government owned MHE and pickup trucks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships in order to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations.
Ability to use DLA Distribution Standard System (DSS) and other applicable DoD/DLA management information systems to validate processes contained in DLA Instructions, SOPs and Audit Readiness internal controls.
Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures is required to manage and control material through the receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation functions.
Knowledge of Department of Defense supply procedures and regulatory guidance
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
