AECOM Club Ride Project Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a proven program management professional to lead the Regional Transportation Commission’s Club Ride program. Club Ride works with employers, commuters and other stakeholders to reduce the number of single-occupant vehicles on Clark County roads.

AECOM is responsible for the comprehensive management of Club Ride. This includes an outreach team responsible for developing community relationships and maintaining a network of employer partners that implement worksite-based commute options programs. It also includes the oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of subconsultants that fulfill regional marketing and communications along with specialized strategies to expand the program’s reach and impact.

This position is expected to begin in February, 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Exceed client expectations by effectively delivering the Club Ride project on time and within budget

  • Develop and execute an annual workplan that involves coordinating resources across team members, adhering to schedules and established processes, facilitating communications and reporting and presentation of final deliverables

  • Maintain positive and effective communications with the client, stakeholders, the project team, and AECOM management

  • Fulfill timely and accurate project reporting and conveyance of deliverables to the client including monthly reports and quarterly/annual review meetings

  • Maintain a highly trained and motivated project staff through effective hiring, training, and professional development

  • Establish individual staff goals and monitor performance making adjustments and corrective action when necessary

  • Guide data collection through the effective use of Salesforce and survey tools along with incentive program administration; develop and document standard operating procedures where necessary

  • Lead the planning, coordination and implementation of regional training/networking events for employers and stakeholders

  • Manage sub-consultant relationships; coordinate work scopes, project delivery and oversight

  • Identify opportunities for enhanced project delivery and supplemental services utilizing best practices and AECOM’s network of diverse and specialized services

  • Recommend enhancements; seek opportunities for continual program innovations that incorporate national best practices and emerging technologies

  • Represent Club Ride in regional stakeholder and advisory groups as requested

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • TDM-CP Certification

  • Seven (7) years of professional project and/or team management experience
