Job Description

AECOM has an immediate opportunity available for a Contract Administrator IV in Lima, Perú.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and provides review, administration, and/or compliance activities for complex contracts that may require more coordination with multiple entities, requiring further legal reviews, etc.

  • Leads researchers on contractual issues and administering law department activities

  • Provides guidance on contractual matters

  • Responsibilities may include updating the company law library with current changes in legislation and keeping management and staff informed on legislative developments and court actions that impact the company.

  • Works under limited supervision.

  • Responsible for setting own project deadlines.

  • May assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients.

  • May provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related field + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in NEC/FIDIC Contracts

  • Advanced English

  • Office administration experience

  • Experience in legal aspects of PMOs, design, and construction projects
