AECOM is seeking a Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist I to be based in Los Angeles, CA [and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US].
Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist I needed by AECOM Technical Services, Inc. in Los Angeles CA [and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US] to generate Master Schedule Report with cost and schedule information on a monthly basis for all the facilities for the CMD, by utilize Macros in Microsoft Excel, visualization of data with Microsoft Power BI.
Perform Contractor schedule reviews, Baseline and Progress Schedule reviews on a monthly basis for PORTS, JFK Facilities in coordination with the Resident Engineers respectively.
Perform Critical path method, Time Impact Analysis, earned Value Management, Claim analysis and Schedule Analysis for the required projects. Actively involved in the Digital Transformation program (DT) for the Project Controls unit with Port Authority of NewYork and New Jersey (PANYNJ) which utilizes Primavera (P6), Power Bi, BIM 4D Modeling, Revit Architecture.
Coordinate in content generation for Scheduling Initiatives and developing scheduling specifications (Design and Construction) procedures and departmental procedures, using Microsoft Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and update the SharePoint system internally.
Analyze the workload of the schedulers on a monthly basis by scheduling meetings and redistributing the work within the team as needed in an effective manner.
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience generating Master Schedule Report with cost and schedule information on a monthly basis for all the facilities for the CMD, by utilizing Macros in Microsoft Excel, visualization of data with Microsoft Power BI; Performing Critical path method, Time Impact Analysis, earned Value Management, Claim analysis and Schedule Analysis for the required projects; and Coordinating in content generation for Scheduling Initiatives and developing scheduling specifications (Design and Construction) procedures and departmental procedures.
