AECOM Sr Construction Project Manager - Healthcare in Los Angeles, California

Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly talented Senior Construction Project Manager to support the construction of OSHPD healthcare facilities in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will work with public and private healthcare clients overseeing the construction of healthcare facilities such as in-patient tower(s), medical office buildings, healthcare clinics, ambulatory facilities, parking structures and other support buildings.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manage and oversee design/construction teams throughout design/construction phase activities, coordinate project activities and provide oversight to maintain operations of existing healthcare or hospital facilities.
Oversee contractor meetings and coordinate with client Perform constructability reviews, pricing and cost impacts due to phasing and timing.
Act as owners representative on behalf of the client throughout the entire lifecycle of the project,
Analyze and recommend alternative project delivery strategies for different components of the program that might offer cost, schedule, quality and coordination benefits.
Support in the coordination of procurement/delivery packages.
Manage construction schedule, capital construction budgets and oversee quality of execution.
Other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Project and Construction Management experience with California OSHPD facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, and/or engineering.
Professional registration (PE, RA, PMP, CCM, PSP, DBIA, LEED) preferred but not required.
Experience in multiple delivery methods preferred.
Experience executing Design/Build Inpatient Tower OSHPD projects exceeding $100M in total capital cost.
Minimum of Twenty (20) years of experience in the position working on complex construction projects under the jurisdiction of the County of Los Angeles and OSHPD in California.
At least 2 years of leadership experience.
Building Information Modeling, (BIM) experience.
Ability to travel throughout the construction job site.
A valid US driver's license.
