This position is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the staff, fiscal health and operations of the AECOM Right of Way programs in The Greater Pennsylvania Market. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the staff, fiscal health and operations of the AECOM Right of Way programs in the Greater Pennsylvania area. The selected professional is expected to: exercise considerable initiative and independence in the building and management of the Right of Way program; be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker, help AECOM staff develop and be productive while ensuring profit goals are met or exceeded.

Specifically, this position will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Greater Pennsylvania Right of Way program;

  • Manage and direct a staff of right of way professional, technical, skilled and other employees in the development and administration of the Right of Way program.

  • Monitor right of way project costs and revenues and manage projects to budget;

  • Design strategy and set goals for the growth of the Right of Way program;

  • Be responsible for working with upper-management in the award, execution, and implementation of contracts for the right of way services;

  • Entering and managing awarded contracts in the AECOM Project Information Center and oversee the training of Right of Way Project Managers in the AECOM Project Information Center or such platform as is standard.

  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees;

  • Oversee the Right of Way Quality Assurance

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

Right of Way Experience in the Greater PA Region

Business Development Experience

Marketing Experience

Management of Staff Experience
