AECOM Asistente Administrativo in Mexico, Mexico

Job Summary

AECOM Mexico busca un Asistente Administrativo para apoyar el proyecto de Tren Maya en el sitio de Valladolid.

La funciones principales son las siguientes:

  • Elaborar trámites gubernamentales ante entidades administrativas (IMSS, SAT, Tesorería, Protección Civil).

  • Revisión de facturas.

  • Filtrar y distribuir la correspondencia.

  • Coordinar los servicios de mensajería.

  • Redactar y revisar documentos, tales como recibos, reportes, memos, hojas de cálculos y otros documentos administrativos

  • Archivar y organizar documentos, tanto físicos como digitales, incluyendo correos electrónicos, recibos, reportes y otros documentos administrativos.

  • Escanear documentos físicos para respaldarlos de forma digital.

  • Brindar asistencia registrando información y realizando el mantenimiento de bases de datos

Habilidades:

  • Orden

  • Capacidad de Análisis

  • Habilidad para resolver conflictos

  • Habilidades de comunicación con proveedores y entidades administrativas.

  • Manejar paquetería Office Básico (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Minimum Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima 2+ años

  • Experiencia en áreas administrativas

  • Habilidades de Comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Deseable carrera técnica o licenciatura.

  • Puesto ubicado en Valladolid, Yucatán.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experencia en puesto similar en proyecto de diseno o construccion de gran escala
