AECOM Electrical Maintenance Planner in Monaca, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

AECOM US Industrial Maintenance, Inc. is seeking 1 qualified Electrical Maintenance Planner. This position will be located in Monaca, PA on the Shell Cracker Plant Facility.

The position job summary:

  • The planning of preventive/corrective maintenance activities daily for a 3 shift facilities maintenance support contract. This includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general maintenance technicians.

  • Spearheading the purchasing function, including sourcing maintenance supplies, vendor services and OEM parts.

  • Preparing requisitions and managing invoices.

  • Provides planning schedules and coordinates work.

  • Develop machine-specific and general job plans.

  • The Planner also assists with the safety program.

  • Knowledgeable of planning concepts and principles, including effects on financial performance.

  • Familiar with data sources and supports basic planning development.

  • Collects and updates data and updates and produces planning reports.

  • Supports gathering and assembling data for schedule updating.

  • Familiar with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting methods.

  • Understand concepts and principles of scope control and change management.

  • Supports monthly report preparation.

  • May participate in planning and scheduling meetings to gain insight to planning and scheduling issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' of relevant experience, an Associates Degree and 6 years' of experience, or diploma/GED equivalent and 8 years' experience.

  • Electrical Planning experience required.

  • Proficiency in a CMMS, such as SAP.

  • Ability to work from aerial lifts and scissor lifts from height up to 30 feet and above.

  • Must be willing to be onsite at Client location, when required.

  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident is required.

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in indoor and outdoor environments with uneven terrain. Variable environmental conditions include heat, dusts, noise, and chemicals.

  • Position will include conducting field work and wearing associated personal protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses/goggles, safety shoes/boots, hard hat, and hearing protection.

  • No Relocation assistance and/or Per Diem.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP.

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

  • Preventive or predictive maintenance planning experience.

  • Experience in purchasing OEM machine parts from vendors and suppliers.

  • Administrative skills such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Experience utilizing Continuous Improvement disciplines such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 4 M's, etc.
