Job Description

AECOM Mexico seeks Planning & Scheduling Analyst BASED IN MONTERREY, NL, MEXICO.

Functions

  • Develop CPM schedule logic for engineering, procurement, and construction.

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of WBS, ensuring that project coding is used for all applications.

  • Able to use drawings and specifications for schedule development.

  • Coordinates inputs from all parts of the organization for schedule updating.

  • Reviews purchase orders and subcontract schedule status and evaluates subcontract performance.

  • Able to resource load schedule and perform remedial schedule risk analysis.

  • Knowledgeable in earned value methodology.

  • Conducts or assists in performance measurement and associated schedule trends.

  • Identifies and investigates schedule variances.

  • Updates and produces scheduling management reports.

  • Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.

  • Participates in, and at times, leads project planning and scheduling review meetings.

  • Knowledgeable of scope control, change management and ability to incorporate directed changes into the baseline.

  • Supports the development of plans and schedules for proposals.

  • Familiar with basic cost analysis and forecasting as it relates to planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management +6 years’ or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Experience:

  • Experience in transportation design projects (airports, highways, rail systems, and tunnels)

  • Software experience including Oracle, MS Project, Autocad and Navisworks

  • Primavera P6 and Advanced MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables)

  • 6+ years’ professional experience in Planning & Scheduling (Project Controls)

Preferred Requirements:

  • English fluency (Level C1 or C2)
