Job Description
AECOM/Hunt is seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive for our ongoing project at the New Orleans Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.
Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:
- BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of construction Project Management experience with 4 years of demonstrated leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Requirement:
12+ years of construction management experience.
Experience in construction on large, mega construction projects.
Experience in construction in convention center(s), hotels, or related industries.
Proficiency in construction project management nomenclature, financing, business development and leading large construction project teams.
Ability to travel as required.
Experience and ability to assemble and manage productive construction teams in a large GC environment.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $141,243.45 - $261,300.39.
