AECOM is seeking an Estimator IV to be based in New York, NY
We seek a highly qualified experienced estimator, primarily in Heavy Civil Construction work, who can work independently or with a team, to produce contractors’ type estimates using HCSS HeavyBid. Our team produces realistic construction cost estimates through the entire design cycle from early conceptual schematic through final design. Additionally, we provide professional services in program and construction management roles on a wide variety of project types.
The incumbent will work on the following types of construction:
Deep foundations including drilled shafts, piles, soil improvement, etc.
Support of Excavation including secant walls, slurry walls, sheeting, etc.
Marine structures including bulkheads, relieving platforms, and dredging.
Structural steel and concrete work.
Highway and bridge structures.
Railroad work including track and structures.
Site utilities whether greenfield or in congested urban environments.
Site Civil storm and paving.
Low and medium-voltage electrical distribution with some knowledge of associated controls.
Industrial HVAC systems.
Plumbing and Fire Protection.
