About CM—Leeding Builders Group (LBG) *
Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential and hospitality projects. Founded on a reputation of professionalism and quality, with the financial backing of AECOM, we have become one of New York City's premier builders.
*Note: LBG works as a separate entity and there are some legal verbiage restrictions regarding LBG due to their open shop model.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials
Use a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
Assist carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors.
HS Diploma or GED or 3 years of related construction labor experience
