As populations grow, so do demands for safe, expedient and cost-effective transportation. AECOM’s Transportation business line partners with clients around the world to build, modernize and expand transportation projects that carry all of our communities into the future — safely and reliably.
We use our extensive knowledge in planning, designing and managing transportation systems — as well as restoring and replacing aging infrastructure — to help our public and private clients find smarter, more advanced ways to move people across cities, countries and continents.

You will also be expected to be the bid manager and lead on preparing technical proposals for local and potentially large complex international projects. Business development will also be an integral part of your role as a senior engineer.

Moreover, less experienced staff will seek guidance and direction making a strong understanding of structural. Implied is an ability to complete a bridge design from planning through to detailed design stages for steel, concrete, and wood structures. Enjoyment of deriving technical solutions from a pragmatic understanding of empirical theories is an attribute.
