Job Description

AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has multiple openings for a Construction Project Manager II to be based in New York, NY.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with capital program team directors and project controls managers, as needed.

Review progress/ performance reports, such as Bi-Weekly Pillar Report, CCAP (project progress updates) and Monthly Program Report. Review A&CM Capital Projects Dashboard (division-wide, online project status tool).

Develop and implement KPIs based on Project Management Team Project data within e-Builder. Develop and maintain dashboards, charts, and tables in PowerBI for analytical purposes.

Develop methods for various analyses that would improve monitoring of Project Management Team portfolio health & performance (for example, project schedules on time; project details up-to date, complete, and accurate; invoicing processed on time; and change orders executed on time).

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management, Program Management, Project Management, Architecture, Program Reporting and Controls, Financial Analysis or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. Project management (Schedule, cost, or KPI’s) and related reports and dashboards;

  2. Procurement management;

  3. Developing bid documents and proposal writing;

  4. Power Bi, Excel, Data structure, and Data Analytics;

  5. Field construction project management;

  6. Field superintendent, cost estimating, program and project metric reporting, invoicing, scheduling, and project controls; and

  7. Construction Management experience with City agencies.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $131,518.00 - $167,262.00.
