Job Summary

This is a contingency posting depending upon successful award of the Department of State Global Security Engineering &Supply Chain contract.

Purpose and Scope:

This position analyzes feedback from customers to ensure quality customer service in an environment requiring team work, efficiency, cross-training, and continuous improvement. Maintains knowledge of industry developments to ensure that products and services are state-of-the-art.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis of customer feedback and provide analysis to management with recommendations for improvement.

  • Respond to customer needs in a quick and effective manner.

  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of company products and services, and coordinates activities with other Customer Service Reps.

  • Cross-train and provide assistance to all areas of the company and to customers.

  • Perform other related or associated duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and ten years of related experience in sales or customer service.

  • Good written and oral communication skills and demonstrated analytical skills.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
