Job Summary

This is a contingency posting depending upon successful award of the Department of State Global Security Engineering &Supply Chain contract.

Purpose and Scope:

Oversees the operations of the Customer Service Center and provides diverse contract support.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervises Customer Service Center employees including ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinates workloads, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work; and monitors and evaluates performance.

  • Oversees the operations of the Customer Service Center and ensures that prompt, courteous and satisfactory service is provided to all customers.

  • Interfaces as required with customers, management, company department personnel, customer service representatives, and/or subcontractors to address/resolve operational and customer service requirements, issues, and problems.

  • Ensures that orders, complaints, problems, or other customer service issues are handled in a timely, effective, and satisfactory manner.

  • Develops and ensures the maintenance of appropriate record-keeping and filing and suspense systems. Oversees the preparation of required reports and is responsible for overall administrative and clerical support.

Perform other related or associated duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of related experience including prior customer service and supervisory experience; excellent analytical and communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
