Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Intern for employment in the Omaha, NE office. This position is expected to begin in August 2023
The responsibilities of this internship include, but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing design drawings, specifications, and visual aids
Collect and enter data, and apply technical principles and theories to assist in interpreting and analyzing data
Compare investigation findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to assess compliance, draft reports documenting results and presenting findings
Miscellaneous assignments on an as-needed basis
Help organize, plan, and track field efforts
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Currently in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field of study
Completion of second year of qualified study
Preferred Qualifications
Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
OSHA HAZWOPER 40 Hour training
GIS and/or CAD skills
