Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Knowledge Management Technician to be based remote .
The Knowledge Management Technician responsibilities include:
Working closely with the client to support various needs regarding documentation management, including, but not limited to, organization, metadata tagging, benign modification (reorganization of sheets, etc. with no content changes), gathering documentation, and reporting on documents and status.
Supporting a wide range of staff during the early phases of document development and organization.
Work heavily within the client’s document management system as well as utilize office-based software such as Excel and Word to further manage client needs.
Support admin level tasks within the client’s database system which can include the manipulation of metadata fields and values and the application of these changes at scale, as well as various other tasks including document migration.
Be highly organized and able to work within a constantly evolving field.
Able to quickly turn around work and meet deadlines as they arise.
Able to communicate effectively as they will be working directly with the client.
Able to work independently and within a team atmosphere.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
3-5 years of experience with detail-oriented roles such as database management, accounting, or bookkeeping.
Robust knowledge and practice in spreadsheet management.
Experience with working in a team atmosphere under client leadership.
Experience in programming (HTML), Excel/Sheets scripting and formula creation, database management and other more technical tasks.

Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $55,029.50 - $56,000.00.
