Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Performance Metrics and Strategy Team. Under the direction of the Strategy Manager in Global Governments, the Performance Analyst will participate in strategic analysis through reports, dashboards, metrics, analytics, conducting research, and translating data into key insights and recommendations for decision-making.
This position will be responsible for knowledge management in areas such as financials, KPI’s, customer experience, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data integrity. This role will require advanced MS Excel skills and a general understanding of business analytics, including predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analysis.
This is a remote/virtual position and can be located anywhere in the US.
Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Develops knowledge of organization, business processes and clients.
Able to design and develop basic reports from CRM system or other data sources and conduct market research and compile summaries for users and refresh content for existing libraries.
Uses data systems and libraries and digital/AI tools to support work winning process and is able to support user testing process and provide content updates.
Uses internal data and digital AI tools, able to maintain content for specific or general areas of people, projects or business line, pursuit information. Uses reports to validate data quality and is able to support user testing.
Identifies and checks content and data quality applying standards to improve and increase the value of content for AI digital tools or reuse, works with subject experts to develop and revise content as directed.
Able to update and process people data and project data summaries and experience portfolio in CRM systems and libraries.
As part of close out, contributes to marketing systems and libraries for pursuits, resumes, photography and libraries for a region or BL.
Supports, and where possible enhances quality of data quality stored in CRM and other systems.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Experience building and managing complex Power Query transformations to prepare data for analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in PowerBI.
Proficiency in Salesforce.
Familiarity of Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
Familiarity with Govwin and SAM.gov.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems.
An aptitude for learning and working with technology.
Collaboration skills and able to work, adapt, and embrace teamwork
Strong communication skills, particularly an ability to translate complex data insights into digestible information for various audiences.
Able to work independently, and also effectively in a team environment.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $58,000.00 - $77,000.00.
