Job Summary

  • Under direct supervision, plans, coordinates and supervises secretarial and clerical support services usually for a small unit or group.

  • Performs specialized secretarial assignments upon request.

  • Possesses thorough job knowledge and is competent in all aspects of the job.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Strong typing skills and ability to find and open files in explorer

  • Candidate shall have excellent organization skills and ability to multitask continually throughout the day

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS + None or AA/AS (US) + 2 YORE or Diploma/Certificate (Canada) + 2 YORE or HS/GED + 4 YORE
