Under direct supervision, plans, coordinates and supervises secretarial and clerical support services usually for a small unit or group.
Performs specialized secretarial assignments upon request.
Possesses thorough job knowledge and is competent in all aspects of the job.
BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Strong typing skills and ability to find and open files in explorer
Candidate shall have excellent organization skills and ability to multitask continually throughout the day
Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS + None or AA/AS (US) + 2 YORE or Diploma/Certificate (Canada) + 2 YORE or HS/GED + 4 YORE
