Job Summary

AECOM’s Design + Planning Group are actively seeking creative, highly talented Planner II for immediate employment for the Orange, CA office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Planner to support planning team on large multi-disciplinary master planning projects for military installations

  • Support project teams in data collection, data analysis, preparation of plans and maps, report production, and workshop/meeting documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Landscape Architecture

  • 2+ years of experience in master planning project/site planning

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite required

  • Ability to travel

  • Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong design skills preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • ACIP certification track preferred

  • Strong writing skills preferred

  • Excellent note-taking skills

  • Ability to analyze data pertaining to space utilization, constraints to development, and future requirements and present conclusions

  • Ability to work independently as well as in multi-disciplinary teams
