Job Description
AECOM has a position available for an Architectural Project Manager to join our Buildings + Places team in Orlando, FL. In this role you will be responsible for your own projects. This is a hybrid work-model and may be require office presence 2-3 days/week.
The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
Manages more complex clients and projects.
Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Architectural License required
Demonstrated client facing experience
Previous experience leading large teams across various regions within the United States
Previous experience writing scopes of work and proposals
Preferred Qualifications
Previous project experience in Hospitality, Leisure, and Sports venues is preferred
10 years of relevant experience is preferred
Experience using Bluebeam and Autodesk Revit is helpful

Offered rate of compensation in (Florida locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $92,869 - $132,000.
