AECOM Project Lead in Phoenix, Arizona
Job Summary
AECOM is looking for an experienced Project Lead to contribute to a world leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program that provides innovative solutions in areas such as environmental compliance, worker safety, and human rights. The role can be performed from anywhere in the United States and would involve working with an international team to execute client deliverables.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work together with the project team members to build and enhance the client program
Lead management of client systems and associated data
Lead development and delivery of training for project team members
Prepare MS Excel reports on project Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and create and maintain dashboards that demonstrate program maturity and key results
Compile and analyze information and data to prepare reports for internal and external audiences
Organize and manage key program initiatives, including system enhancements, data management, and process improvements
Draft and maintain procedures and communication materials for client systems
Work with team lead to track budget monthly

Minimum Requirements
BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalency of education and experience
Program Manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and effectively communicate MS Excel data
MS Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of relevant experience
Experience data mining and testing in a data management system
Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Experience in data quality control
Talent for quickly learning new tasks
Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines
Self-starter, ability to work independently
Additional Information:
Due to nature of this role, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Offered rate of compensationwill be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range of this position is: $61,000 - $107,000.
