Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager for our NY Metro Offices.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages or provides oversight on a portfolio of projects or capital program(s) of significant size and complexity, and significant financial impact.

  • Provides strategic plan and delivery on key client and program success; has broad program management impact.

  • Prepares and delivers presentations on behalf and in support of the client’s program.

  • Serves as the single point of contact to the client and acts as a liaison between management and clients on advanced program-related issues.

  • Interacts with executive level government or public officials and/or executive level clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

  • Serves as expert in their domain, recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally

  • Provides guiding direction and ultimate oversight on engagements.

  • Possesses extensive knowledge of the company’s philosophy and policies.

  • Specializes in international business development and sales.

  • Possesses advanced job knowledge and is fully competent in all aspects of the job.

  • Performs the most complex assignments requiring independent decisions.

  • Resolves the most complex problems using sophisticated techniques and an exceptional degree of ingenuity.

  • Works collaboratively with the Project Stakeholders in complete the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

BA/BS + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.

Must have Large Scale Transit Project and Program experience

Managing Construction Contracts for Transit Agencies.

. Working knowledge of City Agencies processes and procedures

Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000.
