AECOM Hunt -Central Region-is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead from onsite subcontractors doing coordination for the PIT Airport project. This leader will be assigned to the field operations team and will assist in coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents using BIM tools, processes and workflows and keeping with the construction schedule. This leader will perform all functions and responsibilities in partnership with the company’s culture, corporate vision, ethics and code of conduct.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To lead, manage and facilitate MEP coordination from on site
Primary point of contact, maintains working relationships with subcontractors and project team
Create accurate 3D models as needed for plan checking and drawing QA, field production, and work flow planning/management
Support project teams with the use of 3D generated site logistics and site phasing
Train project team members in the management and use of electronic construction information.
To lead and coordinate a very prescriptive owner Lifecycle BIM /Asset Management Requirement
To perform other responsibilities/duties through personal initiative or as directed by management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Previous large commercial construction experience
BIM/VDC experience on projects $200m Additional Information:
