AECOM EHS Program Manager in Portland, Oregon
AECOM is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a global supply chain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program that provides innovative solutions in areas such as environmental compliance, worker safety, and human rights. The role can be performed from anywhere in the Pacific Time Zone (United States) and would require leadership of an international team to execute client deliverables.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead project team members to build and enhance the program that conducts 100+ EHS facility assessments each year across the globe
Ensure program performance meets or exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead and host status meetings of the overall program on a monthly basis to show the overall performance and improvement plans for the program
Lead timely response to client internal stakeholders and concerns regarding the program, including cross-functional collaborations and change management required
Quality assurance of key deliverables
Drive critical issue escalations relating to EHS topics
Manage program scope and ad hoc client requests
Manage project budget.

BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant EHS experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Due to nature of this role, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience managing national or global EHS programs
Knowledge of EHS legal requirements (local & abroad)
Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proven team leader
Great interpersonal skills
MS Office proficiency
Strategic leader with innovative ideas for EHS process improvements and data management
Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines
- Offered rate of compensationwill be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range of this position is: $90,000 - $166,000.
