AECOM Sr Paralegal - Professional Licensing and Compliance in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This position will be primarily focused on ensuring the company’s compliance with professional licensing requirements across the United States and supporting the compliance program of the AECOM Capital business segment. This position will closely collaborate with our other corporate paralegals and attorneys, as well as various groups across the company, including our business units, corporate tax, corporate treasury, and litigation teams.

This position is open to be either in-office or remote/virtual based from a variety of locations in the US, not limited to those listed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 2 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience at a firm and/or corporation or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Experience with computer systems: MS Office and legal entity data platforms (CT, CSC) required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of, and experience with, state professional licensing practices (contractors, architectural, and engineering) or similar licensing experience

  • Knowledge of, and experience with, compliance obligations of registered investment advisers under Investment Advisers Act of 1940

  • Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience

Additional Information:

  • Due to the remote nature of this position, relocation assistance is not available

  • Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available for this position

Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is: $60,000 to 110,000.
